Fast track is a special service for passengers, helping them go through the check-in and security process more quickly than regular passengers. All you need to do is take it easy and relax, take the priority aisle, and get on the plane.

1. What is Fast Track service?

Fast Track Service is a VIP service that helps you have a fast, safe flight with priority access. With a highly qualified and professional team, you will be warmly welcomed from the first meeting, the support staff will help you complete check-in procedures, weigh your luggage, and complete the check-in procedures. Security procedures,... quickly with safe priority passage, saving you from 30 minutes to 2 hours when there are urgent flights without having to deal with cumbersome procedures or tiring waiting Waiting in line is too long.

Priority check-in support services include 2 types:

• Guest welcome service: After receiving all the customer's information, FCT's support staff will be ready to welcome you at the airport. We will prepare a nameplate for you to easily identify. I will assist you in completing the necessary procedures to enter the country, help you collect your luggage, and take you safely to the car to go home or to your resting place.

• Farewell service: After collecting all customer and flight information, we will prepare to welcome guests at the airport. After pick-up, the support staff will guide and help you complete the arrangements. necessary check-in and security procedures, and guide you to the priority aisle so you can board the plane directly without waiting long.

5. Payment Methods:  

• Customers choose the form of transfer without an invoice: payment must be made within 12 hours before the customer uses the service or pay directly at the airport after the end of the service.
• If the customer needs to get a VAT invoice: payment must be made within 7 days from the date FCT Booking issues the VAT invoice.

*** Exchange rate: Apply the daily USD selling rate of Vietcombank at the time of service (Price may change due to increase or decrease of USD)

6. Cancellation policy: 

• Guests must notify cancellation 24 hours before using the service since the decided date was notified;
• In case of less than 24 hours of cancellation notice, FCT Booking will consider the service as successful;
• FCT Booking only supports customers with free cancellation when force majeure reasons include war, natural disasters, bad weather, flights canceled due to incidents/accidents, or customers with serious health problems.
